When you make a booking with me, your card details will be held to secure your appointment.

Cancellations will need to be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise your card will then be charged 20% of the original appointment price.

 There are no late fees however if no communication has been made after 15 minutes of being late, then your appointment will be cancelled, 20% of the appointment price will be deducted from your card, and you will need to book another appointment. 

‘Privates’ (in the studio) and home visits (after working hours) are available upon request. Please contact me if this is something you are interested in. Prices typically begin at £100 (privates) and £150 (home visits).

Unfortunately, no walk ins are accepted. Appointments are to be made using the booking system.

For clients don’t need a hair wash, they must come to their appointment with their hair washed and detangled. Blow-drys are included in the initial price and service.

If clients fail to meet these requirements, they may incur an additional fee upon arrival or may unfortunately be turned away.

Starter locs would be booked as normal twists or comb twists. Cornrows going into twists or box braids would just be booked under box braids/twists.

If you require any extensions or accessories then these must be purchased by the client prior to their appointment (pre-stretched hair).

A half head is considered to be where the client has the sides and back of their hair shaved/faded and the hair being braided lies only on the top of the head.

A full head is considered to be where the client has their hair grown out all over, or if they have a taper fade.
